Belconnen based construction company Madison has been nominated for the prestigious National Telstra Business Awards and were recently recognised as ACT finalists in the 5 to 20 employee category at a function held in the Great Hall in Parliament House.
Madison are not strangers to awards having won or been finalists in almost 50 awards since their founding in 1986. These awards have included the winner of the 2004 HIA Small/Medium Builder of the Year and also the winner of 2004 MBA Display home of the Year.
Madison are a medium-density residential developer and builder. While Madison also builds for investors they specialise in developing dwellings to specifically suit the needs of retires and "empty nesters".
Since their establishment Madison have built over 1,800 in the ACT and have also recently expanded to Sydney and began building apartments in Sydney.
"I have friends who live in the Madison development in Harcourt Hill on the golf course and they tell me that the quality of the finish is outstanding" Mary said.
